Something you should probably know about me. I love pickled ... anything. Radishes are one of my favorite quick pickles, something easy to add to your meal for guests that will add a little kick of vinegar. It's a great way to add an acid on a meal that needs something "extra".
I like these best on tacos, and in taco bowls, on anything like roasted cauliflower with cumin spices. These are also crazy delicious on falafel bowls or wraps. The hint of crunch is delicious. They are best used that day, or within 24 hours, which is why a small mason jar is perfect.
